This site is operated by Pepes Actividades Hoteleiras, Lda. (Portuguese tax number 504012894), the entity operating the Castle Studios local accommodation (licence n.º 160004/AL), located at Rua João de Deus, n.º 25, 2400-161 Leiria, Portugal.

Bookings made on this site are confirmed immediately after payment, processed securely by Stripe. The full stay amount is charged at the time of booking.

The prices shown reflect real availability and rates at the time of the search and may vary depending on the season and length of stay.

Bookings made on this site are non-refundable once confirmed. Once payment has been made, it is not possible to cancel, change the dates or request a refund, including in the case of no-show.

We recommend you double-check your dates before completing the booking.

• Self check-in with an electronic lock — access instructions sent by email before arrival.
• The studios are on the 3rd floor, with no elevator (stairs only).
• There is no private parking. There is paid street parking and a paid underground car park nearby.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the studios.
• The maximum occupancy of each studio matches the number of guests stated in the booking.

The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the studio or its equipment during the stay, beyond normal wear and tear.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of the Leiria district, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
